2. Purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

ABC Colorex Sp. z o.o. will process your personal data in order to:

• answer the question you have asked or provide you with the requested information
• contact you if you expressly express such will
• send you documents, quotation, design or other material if requested you turned to us.

With your separate consent, we will also process your data to inform you about our offer, news about ABC Colorex Sp. z o.o. or industry news.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:

• the necessity of processing to answer the question asked (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR)
• legitimate interest of ABC Colorex Sp. z o.o. – in terms of data collected during contact with our clients. We have a legitimate interest in conducting statistics and analyzes on the effectiveness of direct contact of a client or a customer with our company via the website – it is needed by the company, as your potential contractor, to adapt to the requirements of our clients and to act in a manner that meets the needs of the market (Art.6 (1) (f)
• Your consent to the processing of the data provided (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR)

3. Period of personal data storage

ABC Colorex Sp. z o.o. will store your personal data for a period of 1 year. If you have given additional consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, we will store your data for a period of 10 years from the moment it is collected.

4. Data recipients

ABC Colorex Sp. z o.o. will not transfer your data to other entities in addition to the personal data of its service providers, thanks to which we perform certain processing processes. Such entities process data only on the basis of an appropriate agreement with ABC Colorex Sp. z o.o. and in accordance with her orders.

5. Your rights related to the processing of personal data

• the right to withdraw consent to data processing
• the right to access your personal data
• the right to request the rectification of your personal data
• the right to request the deletion of your personal data
• the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data
• the right to object to the processing of your data due to for your special situation – in cases where we process your data based on our legitimate interest
• the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used computer-readable format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send your data to another administrator. However, we will only do so if such a message is technically possible. You only have the right to transfer your personal data to the data that we process on the basis of your consent or contract.
