How Vertical Powder Coating of Aluminum Profiles Works

Vertical powder coating involves moving aluminum profiles through each processing stage while they remain suspended in a vertical position. Profiles up to 7 meters long are hung vertically, ensuring optimal distribution of powder across the entire surface.

In this setup, gravity helps remove excess powder evenly and reduces powder buildup, resulting in a uniform coating thickness and a clean, aesthetic finish - free of runs and over-accumulation.

Vertical coating is especially effective for high-volume production. It allows simultaneous powder application on multiple components, providing high efficiency. This technology complements other coating methods and expands the capabilities of industrial facilities working with long aluminum profiles.
